Ron King, is a contemporary artist, artists book maker and founder of the pioneering  Circle Press.  Ron King is an all round visual art inspiration and creator of some of the most inventive artists' books of the 20th century.  He has collaborated with many admired British poets and artists, including  Roy FisherGeorge SzirtesRichard Price,  John ChristieIan Tyson and newcomers Karen Bleitz, Sam Winston and Victoria Bean.  Together, they pushed creative and artistic boundaries and continue to influence contemporary art, artists and makers of artists books today. 

Ron King still pursues his ideas, projects and art making practices from his art studio, in West Sussex.  Many of his important works are held in public collections and galleries around the world.  In 2002, a full body of the Circle Press works was acquired and is now held by the prestigious Yale Center for British Art, in the USA.  In 2013 a full set of work was donated to the Special Collections and Archives at Cardiff University to inspire, educate and make available for the benefit of aspiring artists of the future.
